Trying to install anti virus program. Message says "Kaspersky" is on computer. I cannot find it to delete it. Pls help.

It's interesting to see if Kaspersky Installer has detected it and yet offering no option to Uninstall, Repair etc!! Anyways. You can search for it in Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel. If you find it in the list of installed applications there then simply select it and click "Remove" button to Uninstall it; later install the version that you're currently attempting to.

If you don't see it in Add Remove Programs list then it's likely that the Application is Uninstalled but some keys in Registry are still remaining that telling the Kaspersky Installer that its installed on your machine (if that's the case then really bad programming, must say!) In this case, you can download and run a Registry Cleaner application that will remove these unsupported Registry keys from your Registry. I hope this will solve the issue.
