Are you stressed? How you lost weight? Have you changed your diet or exercise routine? Have you been sick recently? Any of these can delay a period.

Also, sometimes periods just miss for no reason. If you don't get it in the next month or two then you should go to your doctor.

I wouldn't start worrying yet.

Other then pregnancy (which I know you said you are not), a few other things come to mind. Stress, hormonal fluctuations, certain Gyn issues such as cysts. All of these things can cause a missed or late period. If it just happens one month, it's not much to be concerned over. If this keeps happening, I suggest going to see your GP or GYN. Good luck, and don't stress over one missed period.
