These are arithmeticproblems -- not Algebra
15 1/3 - 7 4/5 = 15 5/15 - 7 12/15
= 14 20/15- 7 12/15 = 7 8/15

18 1/5 - 3 7/8
= 18 8/40 - 3 35/40
= 17 48/40 -3 35/40
= 14 13/40

The easiest way is to convert each number to a fraction and then find the least common denominator. So for the first one:

15 1/3 - 7 4/5
= 46/3 - 39/5
= 230/15 - 117/15
= 113/15, or 7 8/15.

And the second one:
18 1/5 - 3 7/8
= 91/5 - 31/8
= 728/40 - 155/40
= 573/40, or 14 13/40.

i don't see an equals sign or any inequalities, so i'm guessing you're meant to simplify it. 3x^2 + 3x - x^2 + 5 + 5x Regroup: 3x^2 - x^2 + 3x + 5x - 5 combine like words: 2x^2 + 8x + 5
