You should address a judge as "Your Honor" or "Justice."

In writing, the address should be:
The Honorable (insert name here)
456 Justice street
City, State, Zip
The saluation should be:
Dear Judge (last name):
(unless they are a justice as in supreme courts and some appellate courts. Then it would be Dear Justice last name.)

Well I wrote to a Judge in Calif. and they would Not read it ,, They said it was not proper and unethical for them to do so Good luck with yours
But I wrote to the "Honorable "Judge so in so ,,
But mine got sent back to me , opened of course,, They did state they never read it ?? ha

"Your Honor" or "The Honorable Judge ___" is always a safe bet.
