Which character on The Waltons irritated you the most?

I used to watch that show when I was younger (and still do from time to time if it's on tv)

Ben made me mad sometimes (the red head one)
Jim Bob needed a tard helmet, in my opinion
Mary Ellen was too bossy (but then again she was the oldest girl)

That cranky lady who ran the store needed to get drunk once in awhile to calm down a bit. She needed to have some of those sisters' special recipe if you know what I mean.

Well, they all kind of had their own irritating personality quirks, but I found John Boy to be the most annoying, because of how damn whiny he always was, and the way he was always looking like he was about to cry, and also those two old-lady spinster sisters who lived nearby, even though they had the "recipe," they were really annoying how hung up they were on boyfriends they'd had like 70 years ago.

I am not that old to really remember the show but If I recall correctly John Boy was really annoying and that growth on his face made me ill.
