and if so, is it worth the $9 to see it at the theater or should I just wait till it comes out on dvd?

3:10 to Yuma was fabulous and you SHOULD see it in the theaters instead of waiting to see it on DVD The critics that say the ending made no sense obviously have IQ's below that of the Yahoo Answers staff.
It's a Western but it's also a psychological suspense film in some ways as you try to psychoanalyze some of the characters and guess where things are going.
I think anybody can enjoy it. The acting was 1st rate in 3:10 to Yuma and I'm recommending it to everyone.

Not yet....but sooo looking forward to it!!! Anything that Christian Bale is in is well worth it!!!!
