I am 36yrs old with 2 children 11 and 8. My daughter was 11lbs and my son 10lbs at birth. I want to hear from anyone who has had this. It is a big decision, I'm mostly just afraid of complications. My stomach looks like I just gave birth! I am not overweight and have tried exercise. I have been contemplating this for over 6 years. I recently had an ultrasound and the technician thought I just gave birth!!! That was it for me.

Yeah its mainly a breast site BUT there is a tummy tuck section that you can look at. It is an excellent source of information, women's experiences, and FAQ section.

I have had 4 c-sections and they left me with loose stomach muscles and a flabby pouch. I really hated the pouch that having babies had left. My 'pouch' wasn't really obvious to people around me - clothes hid it pretty well - but I hated it - and no amount of exercise or diet was going to fix it. I finally took the plunge and had a tummy tuck a year ago. The pain was similar to a c-section - though the pain hurt over the whole abdomenal area not just low. I didn't find it to be that bad - but I was prepared for it and pain med took care of it. It was a little unnerving to take care if two abdomenal drains for a few days - but not hard to deal with really. The incision it left is a little wider than my c-section scar was but not a problem - and my stretch marks are gone too - I wear a bikini again! You're bent over for a week - not supposed to try and straighten up right away and you feel some stretching and discomfort when you first stand up or move in bed etc for a few weeks but I found it so worth it. I was back at work two weeks later. I can't believe how tight and flat my stomach is - I can wear any style pants and I feel so great in clothes again. I am 49 yrs old but my hips and stomach are as flat and smooth as any 20 yr old. My daughters joke that I look better than they do! It's just been the best thing I've ever done for myself. My husband loves it too!!

Tummy tuck surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
