No they dont actually help in conceiving but bulids your body and makes ready for conceiving. It gives all essential vitamins necessary to help the baby to be born without any abnormalities.

its just to give u the vitamins u need to keep you and your baby healthy, I am also ttc#1 and the doctor gave me Materna, Folic acid, and metformin

pre-natals DO NOT help you get pregnant. They only get your body ready for pregnancy and get the baby the nutients it needs to stay healthy while in the womb.
