Yes, you could if you were sexually active since having the baby. I guess it's time to take a HPT.

I would assume you are slightly anemic or having a low blood sugar attack before thinking about being pregnant again. It is possible, but if you are breastfeeding exclusively then it is unlikely for the first 3 months. Try eating a small snack, or drink some juice and see if that helps. It is also very important to continue your prenatal vitamins until you are done breastfeeding. You should call your doctor and check with them, especially if the dizziness continues.

You could be pregnant again, but more likely it is another issue. Talk to your doctor, and have him test you for low iron, low blood pressure, and thyroid levels. All are common complaints after pregnancy, and easily solved (and safe for breastfeeding!). In the meantime, do be sure to continue taking your prenatals, try an iron supplement or some blackstrap molasses, and add a little salt to your food if you don't already. Having a new baby is a lot work, but be sure you are getting enough sleep (or at least as much as you can) and take care of yourself too.

And congrats on your new little one!

Talk to your midwife health visitor or dr as you could be low in iron or other essential nutrients but also try to get your toddler to sleep at the same time as the baby and then have a nap yourself when you feel dizzy have something sweet to eat as your blood sugar may be dipping due to the fact that you don't make time to eat properly and running around after a toddler and a baby

Youre anemic. You need to be taking your prenatal still. I was like that for the first three months.

Your milk has a lot of iron in it, so that doesnt leave much for your body, and you JUST got done losing nearly 3 liters of blood at birth, plus the rest from all the bleeding after.

Iron.Take your prenatals the whole time you're breastfeeding.

If you are having sex yes you could be pregnant'

But More than likely you have not been getting enough rest, nutrition, and are stressed out - check in with your doctor and take good care of yourself.

If you really are worried about pregnancy take a test...

Yes you could be pregnant, make a doctor's appointment.
You may just be anemic though, and probably wore out.
