I need to know for a medical transcription class. I know that you are only pregant once but what would it be considered legally? For the patient's chart

One pregnancy, two deliveries. If you are asked to fill out a form, you should say one pregnancy, but clarify it in the additional comments section.

Pregnancy is the result of the sperm and the egg doing their thing and creating life (whether plural or just singular). So whether you are having quintuplets or just one child it counts as one pregnancy.
