no...give yourself some time to heal if you go back to working out it may make it worse...i did it myself and my gym instructor told me to go home because working out while injured is not a good idea....give it a few days then get back on the saddle....it can't be any worse than Gordon Ramsey, just read the paper and he's in hospital because he burnt his nads...it's true, lol....so i don't think he'll be eating meat with his veggies for a while...lol...poor Gordon...oh, and get well soon....

Well i did myself an injury, lets say it was the groin area which makes it difficult to walk, i say resting would help it to heal.
