I don't know if it's the greatest ever written, but the only one I've read is called Easy Connections by Liz Berry and I liked it a lot. Oh, and it's sequel, Easy Freedom is good as well.

She's Got the Beat, i don't know who it's written by, but i know it's a but girl who plays drums and falls for one of the other members in her band. A very cute book and probably the only music related book i've ever read
