I was talk ot a guy who had his shoulder dislocate all the time, and he told me that he thought what i had was it was slipping on the disk. Does that make sense and if so what should i do?

There isn't a disk in the shoulder, if it keeps slipping out the tendons are too loose, and surgery will tighten them.
