Do you take bc pills?? that is one the side effects.

Dizzyness is due to the blood not reaching properly the brain, that´s why you feel dizzy, and with a high level of hormones it happens; such as being pregnant and being on bc pills.

It can be due to bad feeding, so you have a lack of iron causing you this dizzyness.

Good luck! ;D

depends mostly on the condition. when does the dizziness occur? most common forms of dizziness happen when you are in motion. probably you need to adjust your stance or keep balance. light headedness can mean different things. could be the weather, what you eat or if you ate at all, etc.
best way to cure light headedness is to sit down, and relax. take deep breaths, and if need be, smell ammonia.

Dizziness is when the room is spinning. Feeling lightheaded is when you feel "foggy". If you feel lightheaded when changing positions (example from sitting to standing) you may have orthostatic hypotension. Orthostatic hypotension means your blood pressure drops really low when you change positions and thats why you feel lightheaded. If you stand up too fast the blood pressure can drop too low and cause you to faint. Change positions slowly. Ear problems can cause dizziness. Anxiety can also cause dizziness or feeling lightheaded. I suggest you see your physician.

That could be from many different things. For me it is from low blood pressure. My doctor recommended more water and more salt for me. If you are fainting too, it could be signs of a more serious problem.
