Hey guys, those of you that live in Texas... is it true that you can pay your Utilities bill at HEB if you have your account number and stuff?

Yes, HEB lets you pay your utilities in their business services (or customer service) area.

However, most utilities like TXU now let you pay your bill online. So why would you want to deal with a crowded grocery store (not to mention pay a fee!) just to pay your bill?

Yep. They charge for the service of course. Also, they do not accept credit or debit card. You need to do it with cash.
