It would depend if you are upto date with all your vaccinations and if you had been micro-chipped.
But if you're clever you should be able to pass through fine if you say you're a famous monster (wearing sunglasses and getting friends to pose as paparazzi should do the trick too!)

I think that you could probably be micro chipped and apply for a pets passport, don't see why not?
