Just stick a few children's windmills into the ground. They don't like the vibrations. Good luck.

I had a problem with moles but I got one of these solar powered sonic deterants and haven't seen any mole hills since. It emits the sound 24hours, charging up a battery during the day so is maintenace free, I think I'd forget to check batteries in the other ones and wouldn't notice the batteries were flat until the mole came back!
It's pretty cheap on amazon -

Get yourself some mothballs, go to each molehill and dig a small hole into the burrow drop 3-4 mothballs into the burrow.
Once you have visited each molehill and done this Moley will not be able to stand the smell and will push off to your neighbours garden.

I have found the best way to get rid of moles is to put firelighters in the runs.
They hate the smell of the lighter fluid and they last a long time so are very effective.

I think I had a mole or a chipmunk problem I stuffed dog hair.. From when I brushed my dog in the hole... If you don't have a dog, just go to the local groomer and ask for some... Stuff it down the holes.. The smell is a turn off....

There are electric mole chasers, you can put pinwheel fans in the yard, both give off vibrations into the ground that moles' don't like.
If you do it right you can direct him away from you yard and into your neighbors!

we put a cane in the mole hill and put a plastic bottle on top they don't like the vibrations of the bottle hitting the cane, they think it is chickens scratching about, always works for us.
