call a repairman unless you know what you are doing . it is too dangerous to fool with those things . I pay proffesionals for things like that . good luck .

The shop vac dude is a genius. I never would have thought of it. Killer idea. I love my shop vac. It has saved my butt time and time again. Shop vacs rock!

are you mechanically inclined not a bad operation,disconnect drain,take top of disposal off,hand spin to make sure you got them all.

with a shop vac.i wouldnt reccommend sticking your hand in there.
