Hi,
Even though I'm an astrologer I still think you should ALWAYS be careful about what you believe when people say they can tell you your future. Those who advise in this way should be ethical and should be aware of the influence their comments might have on people's minds. As an astrologer, I look at 'trends' in life and will guide and advise according to the birth chart but no-one can say for certain exactly what's going to happen from one moment to the next. There is always free will.
Are spiritualists accurate about the future? This is something you will have to find out for yourself and the only way is to have a reading done by a spiritualist. I was once given information at a Spiritualist church which was personal and which he could not have known but I am still uncertain. It's something I keep meaning to look into again, one day. Interesting as all matters that are spiritual and mystical are ... be curious but don't let it influence your thinking about yourself, your relationships or your future. Always make up your own mind.

Well I suppose if you are the sort of person who believes everything said to you by a Spiritualist you are one of the "vulnerable" people this law intends to protect. As the majority of people who go to a Spiritualist are in some way vulnerable the mediums will either loose their customers or risk being sued. I go to Spiritualist church. I believe in a lot of the teachings (love, healing, personal responsibility etc.) I have trouble believing in an afterlife though and I go to be proved wrong, it's not happened yet. But I am one of a very tiny minority in our church who hasn't lost someone very dear such as a child or a partner before their time. These people are pefectly rational in everyday life but when the medium gives them a tiny bit of hope that their loved ones are still with them they cling to it and find meaning in very generic "facts". Suppose someone desperate goes to a medium and the medium gives them "proof" from their loved one, then the bereaved person goes back and the medium is having a bad day and can not find "proof" or gives a specific fact wrong - with the new laws could that disappointed customer then sue? It's an interesting arguement and I do suppose the real mediums would welcome a chance to get rid of the frauds but whether these guys are talking to the dead or subconciously reading the other person's mind they will have good days and bad days and bereaved people can be very unpredictable! (I've no doubt that the majority of Spiritualists do really believe and some do know stuff they couldn't guess - I just think it's telepathy which is actually very common in other animals.) Well that's my view anyway!

Spiritualists don't predict the future . A mediums job is to give evidence of survival beyond physical death not fortune tell .
If you wish to consult a psychic or fortune teller be very wary and avoid anyone asking for large amounts of money like the plague.
A medium should try and give you evidence from the spirit contact they have that only you and they would be aware of .
Specifics not vague general statements that could apply to anyone

As a woman who has worked as a professional psychic I feel that for anyone to suggest that they can know your future for certain is dishonest. Although it is possible to see events in someone's future, nothing is guaranteed because we have free will and the power of choice. I have accuratley predicited aspects of a persons future at about 90% accuracy, but this is not because our outcomes are set in stone.

Quantum Physics has taught us that we live in a field of INFINATE possibilites! We create our own reality. We are powerful Beings, but alas, most of us how forgotten how to be affective in these creative realms and often end up feeling a victim of circumstances rather than a creator.

I don't do readings for people anymore, for myself, I felt it was a dis-service to humanity. What people really need is to learn how to harness their own intuitive energies, follow thier hearts, and become Masters of their Destinies!

No! Most of them are general information just like when you see a doctor and you have a flu- they will prescribe a standard medicine for you even a specialist will do the same but with slightly more detail n more costly.
Important thing is you need to believe in yourself to change your weakness.
Our future is created by our strength n weakness to determine our fortune.
Think about it n good Luck!
Every one needs it!
