Just remember you are going for an education. I don't think it matters how you get that education. Partying or no Partying but I know for a fact that you need balance and too much fun takes from your learning.
Be wise and balance your college life.

don't be afraid to approach new people.
I knew noone at either college I went to (undergrad and grad school). If you see a bunch of people sitting down and eating- ask if you can join them. Talk to people while you're waiting in line for your id.
Yes- STUDY but get to know new people too.

Get introduced to a girl you like quickly, and try to find another meetings. They go quickly, you must take your chance early. Ex college experience.

Study everyday, don't fall behind and you will do great!
Also, put all your important dates (Syllabus dates, exams, etc) into one planner and have that planner open to the current week throughout the semester!

be friendly, get into sports,stay busy and make sure you take advantage of this time, most importantly always stay on top of your grades and plan your future ahead so you can know what to expect after college and i'm sure you know how to have fun...
