If there was such a state, it would have a very dense and large population. There is none.

In order to have a climate as you describe, it would have to be surrounded by water to keep the daily temperature swings low. Since it is surrounded by water, it will be very humid. So it is a trade off in large temperature ranges that change with the changing seasons and low humidity, or high humidity and low temperature swings. But to escape the cold winters, it has to be an ocean that is near or in the topics, then the temperature ranges are not going to be that low and the humidity will be very high.

Now what is interesting, there are places in the world that have a climate as you describe. They are near the equator in very high mountainous regions. Ecuador's mountains at elevations above 10,000 feet comes to mind as a possibility for you.

Sounds like a Hawaii, but I don't see how you'll get 75 degrees year round without high humidity. I've around the U.S. and parts of Asia and I can say that California has unbeatable weather. We complain if we can't see the sun for two days in a row.

Somewhere around San Diego, CA is your best bet. It's not very humid, it's next to an ocean and the average high temperature ranges from 62 in January to 79 in September. It also never rains there.

California is your best bet, stay around the napa valley area if you like consistant temps. Go to San Francisco if you like cool summers and warm winters.
