Hi guys.... I am about to open my first hotel in Hanoi (Vietnam)..... at the moment I have come up with 5 names for my hotel... pls give me some feedback about ur imagination and feelings when you hear that name.... and plus which one do you think is the best one....
1) Tutus.
2) Montana
3) Elanda
4) Diamond
5) Santos

You can strike off Montana and Santos from your list. They're too common. And Diamond too. Tutus...well, unless it is native to Vietnam and means something special (historical or otherwise), it don't make an impact. I prefer ELANDA, it sounds like a combination of Elegant and Grand. Maybe it is what it could actually stand for ELegant ANd GranD Accomodations -- ELANDA! Good luck. Hope to visit your hotel someday...whatever name you decide on.

For some reason I like Montana the best. I think right now the Vietnamese are really trying to court Americans and that will be a name that will make Americans feel at home. Diamond would be my second choice, as when I hear that name I think of being wealthy. Elanda is my third choice, Santos my fourth choice, and Tutus would be dead last.

Montana makes me think your hotel is for Americans and has a wild west theme. Diamond sounds sparkling but maybe too arrogant. Santos reminds me of a tortilla chip, Elanda maybe an animal and Tutus a tutu.

I think tutus sounds kind of funky
Montana is so so

Well Diamond is nice but it sounds like a nightclub or stripclub. Montana makes me think of the state. Elanda has a nice ring to it and I think has no negative thoughts.

I like #4 the best...I don't really like any of the others. Diamonds make me think expensive, shiny, fancy... if your hotel is upscale I think this is the best name of the bunch

2- nice if you want a connotation of western
