An MBA is a Master of Business Administration. It's a graduate degree that usually requires 1.5 - 2 years of full time study after the bachelor's (4-year) degree.

A bachelor's degree in business isn't required, just about any major is appropriate for MBA admission, but those without a business degree will need to take some prerequisite business courses as well. The nature of an MBA program requires very solid analytical math skills.

Your initial question is referring to vocational courses. These are often what you find offered at your local technical or vocational college and your local community college may well offer some of these online. Almost all colleges now have courses online.

As for strictly online providers of these type courses, PennFoster and PCDI/Ashworth are pretty good as such schools go. Don't expect that vocational/technical courses will transfer into an academic degree program later - they simply won't in most cases. Some courses may but this isn't the way to go if you're looking for an MBA eventually.

If you check my profile you can see that I keep recommending people to this website. However they don't offer an MBA.
