You should go to your doctor. Something obviously isn't right. And the urine pregnancy tests you get at the drug store are not always accurate (they need a certain amount of hormone level to show positive). You might have an ectopic pregnancy which would keep your hormone levels low but keep you from getting your period. This could be life threatening to you so PLEASE get to the doctor and find out why your period is taking a vacation! There are other things that could also cause your period to disappear like severe malnutrition or severe stress. Other hormonal imbalances and menopause are just a few. GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! It is really important!

There are many different reasons for irregular periods outside of pregnancy. If you are underweight, exercise heavily, or have hormone problems you could experience irregular periods. See your doctor to be evaluated in case the missed periods are a sign of an underlying issue that needs treatment such as a thyroid disorder.

There is a possibility your hormone level is low because of the way you eat. Through dealing with someone with the same problem years ago, the problem was corrected by increasing your hormone level. One way is to take birth control pills. No Kidding.

it means you should go into a GYN office and ask for a blood test, some people do not show up on a urine test for some reason. ( I am one of these people)
