well...we have fast food places like kfc, burger king, mcdonalds, pizza hut, subway and many others...we also have many mexican, chinese, italians and restaurants which offer a variety of differant foods...India is a country..Just like any other country, India doesn't just limit itself to the food of its nation...In america you get food of every country...same in China and Same in Japan and same in India....If you are going to mumbai, bangalore, hyderabad or new delhi you should be fine since many international cuisines are available. There is a lo of international influence in India so you don't need to worry. The rural areas are obviously differant, but the cities have a variety of differant foods to select from..If you are going to new delhi check out connaught place
