Help! City in which audit opinion was signed?

If I am researching a company such as Walgreens (whose audit firm is Deloitte and Touche LLP), how can I find the name of the city for where their audit opinion was signed? Do you know where it was?

The city and state are usually on the cover letter. For Walgreen, it was signed in Chicago, IL

That isn't something that is part of the audit. A firm like Deloitte will have many branches and can send people to clients from any. They could sign it in an airplane, it really doesn't matter.
