I am wanting to design a website, that is free for all to join. However I want it to be enjoyed by everyone! So what kind of website would you guys like? What kind of services would you like to have access to? I.E. chat, games, pics, video upload etc. What's important about a website to you?

I like an intereactive and informative website...which contains a lot of informations and obviously the facility of search....

What's important? Logical organization, easy to tell right off the bat, when I arrive on the website, why I'm there, and why I should stay. What's the site about? How do I navigate? Make it easy to use. Make it fast-loading. Don't cram the first screen's worth with annoying moving images that might hurt my eyes. Make good contrast between print and background! Think about what I want to see, instead of what YOU think you'd like to force me to see!

It would help if you said what the website is about??
Depending on the content & type of website will totally change what else I'd want on it.

ok...if you want to make a web site it should be readable and understandable enough. use flash. but, don't overuse it, because its will make thing worst. More secure. . depends what your site will be about. what topic.
