Okay. I'm Gong Chan and i am a student. I Have this seatmate at my school service named Dominic. He is from Italy and had Transferred from our school. When i'm in my School Bus... he always stares at me. I hate being stared at by, like a long minutes. How can i tell him? he is even talking to me, and i have the urge that we can be good friends... but that's okay for me only for one reason, We don't have a lot in common, im a freshman and he's a sophomore and we are like the opposites of each other.... Please help me!

Opposites attract, you balance each other out. So maybe you would enjoy his company. It never hurts to have alot of friends, even if you only enjoy talking to one another. Just carry on conversations, and see where they lead, you might find out you have more in common than you think.

Just politely tell him that his staring makes you uncomfortable. You say yourself that you think you could be friends. What makes you feel that you have to have a lot in common to be friends? Ever hear of anyone complaining that they had too many friends? But use caution.
