Can anyone answer a Cancer sign question?

Question

I was born July 7, 1941 in Bay City, Tx
My brother July 21 1939 in Concord, NH
My son June 27, 1968 in Dover, NH

So, we are all Cancers, right?

Then why would we be so different when it comes to competitive sports. They are both extremel;y competitive and sports are a way of life for them. I am exact opposite. I watch baseball a little on TV but never get upset about the outcome.

Are they apt to be more like the signs just outside of cancer and I would be a strong cancer because I am in the middle?

There is no such thing as a CUSP. You are either one sign or the other. They could have traits of other signs, but not because they are closer to the beginning or the end. This could have a LOT to do with their rising sign and the position of the planets when each was born. Fire may be very prominent in their chart causing them to have this trait. For starters you are each born in different weeks and different years so the planets were in very different places when you were born.
Your brother born on July 21, is not Cancer, he is a Cancer-Leo cusp - part Cancer and part Leo. Each week has different characteristics specific to it, also to really know about a person and their reactions to things you would have to study their entire chart - where each of the planets were at the moment they were born.

It's is probably because they are on the border of being a different sign. I am in the middle too, July 16th. If you ever get a chance read their horoscopes under the sign closest to their birthday's like your brother being closer to a leo and your son is closest to a Gemini, so go to yahoo horoscopes and read them and see if they are more accurate with those signs.

Your brother was born on the Cancer/Leo cusp, so he may show traits from both signs. You and your son are both Cancers. As for differences in aggression and sports enthusiasm, I doubt that's particularly ruled by your sign. It could be something biological or chemical that's urging them to be more competitive.
