to be precise i am about starting a course in Business mgmt, and i wanna be ahead of the class, what maths subject are relevant for me to master ahead of time? thanks

That's easy! All you need is Addition, Deduction, Multiplication and Division. It will help if you can create graphs and bar charts etc. as well.

It depends on the area of business that interests you. For finance, a knowledge of calculus and statistics is useful. For accounting, you need to add and subtract. For marketing, then you don't need much.

Most business programs require you to take a simple statistics class and have some knowledge of calculus -- but the courses are not particularly advanced. If this is an undergraduate program, then you usually take these classes concurrently with your business classes. If you ar enow in High School, then you should take the same math classes that anyone going on to college takes.

If you are going to take one course in business management, you might not need more than basic math and quantitative skills.

If you go on to do a whole program in business management (with courses across many business disciplines), then statistics and calculus may be of help to you.
