I hate lying. I feel like the most horrible person and immediately want to take it back and tell the truth. My lie follows me around and always grates on me. I can't really lie to someones face, more likely my lie will come with an omission of the truth or I will lie over the phone or from a distance (like standing in the other room or something) My husband has lied to me and tends to do so in conversation and then gets caught later but there are times I can remember him clearly looking me in the eye and lying. Sad I know.

I cannot look anyone in the eye when I tell them a little white lie. I try very hard not to put myself in a situation where I have to lie at all because I'm the worse liar this side of the Mississippi.

You know...I know you believe that some people are not beautiful...but it is her self confidence that makes her beautiful. And honesty is that is what true beauty is about. So you can tell her that if she feels a bit insecure to perhaps work on the areas (and you will help her if she likes) to make those certain areas more beautiful. But you tell her she is a beautiful as she is. I would not tell her she isn't beautiful because you idea of beauty could be very different from someone else.

I can look you straight in the eyes any time...lies should be told with conviction if you don't believe them how will someone else.

I can look them straight in the eye. Thats the only way that they wont know that i am telling a lie..Looks more convincing

I'm no good at telling lies or keeping secrets that may hurt those I care about because my conscience wont allow me to.

I can look them in the eye and they will know right away that I am not being truthful. It also prevents me from being a good poker player.

Look down ofcourse, it is really hard to lokk in the eyes when lying.
