go to stream.com it's a call center located near me. I will tell you i know some people that have be hired there. The is no degree needed. The reason is you can't help people over the phone. You have a check list that you MUST fallow. If it can't be fix by the check list then you must tell them they need to go someplace else. They only allow you 3 minutes to gather the callers information and fix the problem.

There are so many computer institutes providing training.
Basically u need a good conversation command and skills in english and a good hand at compoter key board and mouse.so u join any good english spoken course ansd a computer institute like Apetec etc.

Here in the Philippines it doesnt matter if you finished college or whatsoever as long as you have the skills...I have worked in a call center and its a good experience...I was promoted in as short as 3 months...but for a long term job...i wont consider it...its better to have a job wherein your skills would develop more...and will make you acquire more skills...

No course. You get a list of people to push a certain product or charity to and you call them. That's it.
