Actually, with vertigo you can get dizzy just by sitting or standing sometimes. I think its a good reason to stay in bed hun!

Stand on the ground looking up at the CN Tower. It feels like the tower is swaying even when you don't have vertigo.

Ugh dude that sucks. When I got it the room would start spinning every time I tried to lay down. I had to sleep sitting up on the couch for a week. Dont spin, dont move too much, drink water. Keep a puke bucket.
