For integrated graphics, you increase it in BIOS but you correspondingly reduce available system RAM.

For a discrete graphics card, buy a new one with 128mb or 256mb memory.

it does depend if that is a graphics card or built into your mobo if in the mobo you can enter the bios ( pressing del key at startup) and looking round to find more graphics memory but the other way it to buy a new gc
