Hey something has to be seriously be wrong with me, Please help me.... I have missed my period for the month of August and took two preg. Tests and both neg. well for about a week or so now i just havent been feeling well, I can barely eat... just the sight of food makes my stomach turn, and like it hurts when i used the bathroom (only to urine) and I have had vaginal dryness. I'm not sleeping like I should, I cant eat... I am falling asleep at work and dont know what to do... I have no insurance yet... So please help me... What is wrong with me...

my kidneys also hurt after i use the bathroom as well... like i noticed the other day because I had thought i had started my period but i didnt... There was a little bit of blood on the top of my tampons... its a everydaything... im scared what to do?

That sounds like a UTI ,a yeast infection, and if you have diarehaa you may have had a cyst on your ovaries that has bust, because of the cold chills you described. But you really should go to the emergency room, and they'll be able to tell you what the problem is, and tell them you dont have insurance, they will hook you up with a list of doctors to see that go by income.

Have you been under stress? This could have delayed your period at first, and fearing you may be pregnant could further delay it, as well as cause your sleeping and eating problems.
You should make an appointment with a physician at a clinic.
However, you also said something about finding blood on a tampon - you should *not* be using a tampon when you're not on your period - they literally suck all of the moisture out of your vaginal canal and can lead to very serious problems.
Please go to a free clinic so a medical professional can properly advise you.

You could be having some bad bladder infection that is in your kidney now. You need to see a doctor soon. Is there a free clinic near you?

hey friend
its a common symptom of a disease known as POCD(Poly ovarian cystic syndrome).
I m familiar to it bcoz my friend already had had this prob
absent or infrequent periods with little bleeding
consult a doc immidiately for sure
