Yes, it is....
Working for the Post Office, I have found that the mail volume
has declined when it comes to personal mail. People use email, instant messages and cell phones.

The art of writing a letter by hand is not a thing of the past. I am in the process of writing a book, and I am doing it all in my own handwriting first and then I will type it out on a computer. I chose to handwrite my book first, because I love my handwriting and then it's always good to go back and read what was originally written. So writing a letter by hand is more personal and meaningful. The certain strokes and curves of the letters on the paper comes to life and the reader of the letter should appreciate the time that was taken to even have a letter written to them.

Well I think that's not as popular as the past, but personally I prefer to receive and send a letter written by hand. You can feel better and closer when you read the handwriting of sender!

the comparable question replaced into asked while the typewriter replaced into invented, which replaced into decrease than "thousands and thousands" of years in the past. i think once you're fortunate sufficient to have desirable penmanship, handwriting your correspondence is positive, yet once you're like me and endless others, a keyboard produces completely legible records. i think the positioned up workplace desires greater human beings despatched letters, however the army of technologies marches on. I applaud you on your efforts to get your daughter to place in writing letters, assuming of direction you apart from could prepare her mind-blowing spelling, grammar, and sentence shape, and from the form, spelling, and so on. of your question i be attentive to which you're. What i come across unhappy is using abbreviations utilized by ability of our youthful human beings immediately. it extremely is, of direction, through text textile messaging, and that i comprehend the reason... yet yet another occasion of technologies.

I don't think I've ever received a hand written letter except what someone wrote in a birthday card. I only ever get bills, bills, bills!

Sadly it is, but you would think it would have a new Renaissance because so many people are into making home made greeting cards now. But, I fear that is not the case.
