I'm on a diet, but I've been losing the willpower to hold it.

Any advice? Or, words of encouragement (as long as it's not disturbing) that could prevent me from eating?

well first you should still be eating. don't ever starve yourself. look around online for healty recipes and try new things. I have been doing south beach for alomst two weeks and we just are getting creative. For dessert last night i had ricotta cheese mixed with dry cocoa, vanilla extract and a packet of splenda. surprisingly i liked it and it fixed my chocolate craving with minimal carbs and like 4 grams of fat. good luck and don't be afraid to try new foods as long as they are healthy.

food is the devil...only joking...drink plenty of water it fills you up and if your hungry just have a light snack fruit or oat bar...good luck...x.

Eat in moderation, drink plenty of water & excercise regularly - YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
