i have green streaks coming from my windows on the outside of my home. painted walls. also some green mold looking stuff near the ground on the paint too.
what's the best way to clean that.
i can't use a power washer bcse i'm afraid it will take the paint off

get a garden sprayer at wal-mart there called hose end sprayer, [in garden section] its a plastic bottle that will attach to your hose, put a soap solution in it spray your outside walls use a soft brush to scrub areas that need it, remove sprayer, rinse the house,

If you're afraid of a power washer taking off the paint, you could use one of those car washing kits that attach to the garden hose. In that you might try some Clorox and / or some dishwashing liquid (just a touch) to help you remove the green mold. If you can access it, use a car cleaning sponge to help loosen the material and not leave spots. If you can't then go heavier on the bleech. Hard to tell really what you've got without seeing it first hand, but give this a try. Good Luck

Yes, a power washer will take off your paint.
Have you tried Dawn dish detergent yet. I would try that before going to a hardware store and buy more chemicals then is needed.

use a spary bottle and bleech.......make sure you wear goggles. and rinse off with a garden hose.sounds like you got mildew.
