Leaked reports on the interwebs are indicating that she will finally today be made an arguido. The key in the news is the phrase 'Kate has PREVIOUSLY been interviewed as a witness'.

You heard it here first.

Leaked from where? your behind!

Nonsense they are not suspects - “Police wanted to re-interview the McCanns as witnesses”.

Kate and Gerry had been interviewed separately and formally before (Kate once and Gerry twice)

“It is only the second time she has been formally interviewed by police, the first being on May 4, the day after Madeleine went missing.”

“Detectives have already questioned Gerry McCann twice.”

i did a search for arguido and this thread comes up first, proving it is the oldest with most hits/references to the term, so well done shambo, we are but unworthy. However on the more serious point of poor Kate. Look, I challenge you to find a parent who does not have theyre kids saliva/tears/blood on their clothing! This is rediculous, even if there are maddies bodily fluids on G and K's clothes, what the hell does that prove? a mother has her kid's body fluids on her clothes. They were on holiday, their kid went missing, they dont have time to wash clothes! We all need to keep our heads screwed on.

the key is in the phrase ' previously a witness' ???? you dont make sense or make a good argument how can that be a clue, how does that get kate from witness to suspect ??? you are a very silly moo !! go and get a job.

I get sick of the newspapers - have you noticed its always 'a source' meaning it could be any Tom, Dick and Harry stating what they would like to hear. Just so it makes good reading.

If this had happened in the U>K> the questioning would have
been different as it has been in Portugal. Cos they are
questioning Kate again this makes her a suspect.

Sadly we may never know what has happened to Maddie. God Bless Her.

Shambo - THIS IS NOT A QUESTION!

Although the writing's on the wall. Kate McCann is now prime suspect. The QUESTION is, all the blood and corpse DNA on her clothes, in the second apartment (they moved into after the disappearance) and in the hire car (they rented after the disappearance) - did it come from Cuddle Cat?

They've also said that she's being interviewed as a witness today so what are you saying exactly then Poirot?

I think they're just being seen to be doing something because the case has gone completely cold.
