Alright, the accommodation for the Emirates staffs are very good. Normally it is located in the good area. It is 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment, and the number of sharing is up to the number of bedrooms. Normally you will be put into the apartment with the people from your country or at least, speak the same language with you (ie. arabic speaker like lebanese, omani, egyptian can be together) and after 6 months you can request for moving to other apartment that you like if they are available.
The apartment will be fully furnished with kitchen, living room, bathroom and all electricity and water bill will be paid by the company. You only pay your phone bill. They provide washing machine as well.
Emirates is a very good employer. You will be happy working with them. Hope my answer help! :)

what type of flat are they offering - bachelor accomodation or family accomodation? If bachelor then expect atleast 2 persons in a room. You may expect more depend on company's policy. This u need to chk with the emirates group only.
Regarding working condition in dubai its purely depend on what type of company, job profiles etc u r getting. If u r satisfy with ur job profile then any place is gud. But in short Dubai is happening place and its fun to live here.

My fiance's family are from Dubai and they prefer the UK! When they come here for holidays, they love the green grass and open space here! Dubai is good for shopping but for working, it depends. Life can be stressful there and the traffic is always very bad. Foreign workers can also be treated very badly. For example, a lot of nannies run away as they get bad treatment at the home etc. However, my fiance's family treat their maid very well..she comes from the Phillipines and on christmas day, we all gave her some gold jewellery to say how much we appreciate her good cooking!
Do some more research first!

not sure of the flats emirates offer their employees but i think they will be ok, they treat their staff pretty well from what i remember. yes it is nice working in dubai u will have a great time. good luck
