First, you need to apply for an "Export License" in the country that you are based in. Next, you will have to apply for an "Import License" in the country that you intend to export to. You can apply for the import license at the Embassy of the country that you are sending to. Once you have the licenses, you will need to find a "Distrubuter" unless you are exporting to order. You will then need to go to a "Shipping Agent or contact a shipping company and a local haulage firm to get your goods to the docks. If you already have orders to fulfil, you can cut out the Distributer and go straight to a haulage company to collect the goods at the port and deliver them to the recipient. You have to have an Import and Export License for every country that you trade with. For the best advice, contact your Ministry of Trade and also contact the Trade Department in each Embassy as different countries have different laws etc.

If you are a small producer then find an exporter and sell the products to him or her. If you are a large producer then hire an expert to get everything done for you.
