No, my husband lost a testicle and after I was 40 I said "No way could we get pregnant" and got lazy on the birth control and a few months later I was pregnant at 44! (I lost the baby but that was due to our advanced age most likely). The doctor said NO ONE should assume a man with one testicle is less fertile because it is just proven over and over again not to be true!

1st of all, disregard queens typically female, foolish, clueless to men's sexuality response. Depending on your man's age, there are at least several million to 200,000,000 or more spermatazoa in his ejaculate, miss. There shouldn't be any problem if the efficacy of their mobility is reasonable.

It won’t affect your sexual life. But it’s better to test the ‘sperm count’. Now medicine is available in market to improve sperm count. So think about it... While you are planning for a baby..!
