i have no problem in erections,i can do intercourse at any time but cant release discharge.I want to conceive at any cost, what to do?I went to urologist,he said may be i have prostate infection.I took medicines for that for 1 month, but no results.
Sometimes, may be one or two times discharge comes out in night during sleeping but not during intercourse.
My doctor ask me to collect that liquid for sperm test and give that to laboratory before 1 hour after it comes out,but it is not possible because laboratories do not open in night.
What should i do in this situation? Is there any medicine for that or I should do any exercise or yoga?I am confused.
Is it possible that discharge comes out during intercourse & I do not feel anything?
Please try to solve my problem.

Definitely complicated. You might consider seeing an Andrologist--you can find one at most University medical centers. Such a doctor may have more ideas than a urologist. Good luck.

One other thought, have intercourse with a condom--and see if you catch any discharge in it.

First you have to find a urologist that can give the right diagnosis. What is causing you not to have any sperm. Maybe there are brain tumors or vericoceles. If you want your wife to get pregnant, then you both have to go see a reproductive endocronologist. They have ways of getting sperm from you through a needle and place it into her to get her pregnant. I know they do this procedure during IVF.

Now, you say maybe discharge comes out but you do not feel it....so you are not positive that you don't ejaculate during intercourse? Maybe you should try one time to pull out before you orgasm, to see if you ejaculate to be sure?

I would get a second opinion from another urologist because this doctor does not seem to be very helpful.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Good luck!

You realy need to go see a different doc. At 28 you should orgasm and ejaculate with no problems. You definetly have an issue that NEEDS to be resolved. Not to scare you but i have a friend whos husband had the same problem. he had testicular cancer. I know that is scary. It is considered the young mans cancer. Mostly younger men get it, not older. If you have to have cancer that is the better one (not that any is good) to have. The survival rate is damn near 90%. So dont worry. you can also have other issues such as STD,m Prostate infection or problem. I cant stress enough..GO SEE A DIFFERENT UROLOGIST.

Ahhhh...So confusing...it's really hard to nswer, look your doctor even couldn't solve the broblem so you need to read some books about it and try some other doctors...drugs are not usually alright.

ummmm you mentioned that your sperm liquid come at night! it means that you are not unable to ejaculate! maybe you have some nervousness and stress! see a psychologist too! it can help you alot!
I wonder why there's no sprem liquid while your sex....maybe you're unable to ejaculate,it has solvation for sure! I think you should try another doctor. some doctors can't do anything1 so don't be disappointed and just keep trying!

The rest of your answers told you it's semen that comes out. One reason may be a narrow urethra, some might be released but may not be able to make it through the urethra. That or maybe your release system might need to be fixed.... what i mean by that is that maybe your releasing semen but maybe it is not enough for you to really see or notice. Wait a few days to try to ejaculate again and see if semen comes out, if not see your doctor.
