Because the Polar Bears can only be seen around the Polar Regions in the North, that is, in the Arctic Region and not in the Polar Regions of the South, that is, in the Antarctic Region. Had they been found there also we would have called them Bi Polar Bears.

definite, there definitly are Bi-Polar bears, besides the fact that it is no longer what you think of. they're migratory, they trip each year form the North Pole to theSouth Pole, subsequently the call bi-polar. They dont decide for lithium lots as visa, they might lots extremely make the trip via airplane then swimming.

Not any more, happily.
The increase in lithium deposits around the artic circle (obviously due to the weather depression) has contained the problem.
