Gonna' hafta' get busy, I think. It's really hard to do when you're sad, but is an excellent way to get to the other side. You'll have to walk it, in other words... or jog, play volleyball, surround yourself with flowers in a local garden, tour a museum---immerse yourself in whatever interests you at all.
That's right, take a nice long bath in your interests, easy does it, and a little more time; and now you're ready for happiness to sneak up on you the way it does, always coming up from left field, crazy ole' stuff that it is!

By distraction and redirection. You need to give yourself something else to focus on. To deal with. A project of some kind. May be a funny movie or a sweet dessert. It could even be something that you have been putting off. Like a chore. Most emotions are temporally and need a measure of time in order to pass.

Keep yourself busy with some work.Always try to be in the presence of few persons(male/female).Never think about the past.Past is past and you can't bring it back!So,try to avoid unecessary thoughts which makes you feel sad.Try to maintain good relationships with everyone.Make lots of good friends around you.This will make you feel comfortable.Share your problem with your close friend,so that he/she could probably find a solution.Life is too short,so leave everthing to God and just live your life fruitfully.Keep smiling.All the best!

What do u like to do, sing? talk? shop? Then do it and try to forget ur sadness, unless u like being sad, sadness is never worth it. Because if one wants to be happy, they could be, it's all your own choice. am not lying

first of all think bout that y r u sad? try to meditate if u cud ,i used to meditate and im still meditating so in lot of troubles i just feel myself happy. remember: treat today like this that you r not gonna live tomorrow. i wish you be happy alway and let ur sadness away of u
