hostile cervical mucus?

I am ttc and i am on clomid cause i was told i dont ovulate every month anymore. I am concerned that my Cm will be hostile. anyone every use robotussin? Any suggestion will be helpful

hey am also on clomid and I dont get the EWCM I get the thick sticky mucus, I was told that robintussin has and active ingredient inside it that will helps thinning the cervical mucus

In the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" it explains that you can take Robitussin to help thin out cm. You should also drink a lot of water everyday. I too am on Clomid. I just finished my 2nd cycle of it this month. Last month I had no cm and used the product Preseed. It helped with lubrication but I didn't ovulate that cycle. This month I had cm it was watery but wet so I didn't use anything. Just wait and see what the Clomid does to you and then decide what to do about it. I have also heard you can use real egg whites for cm but I have never tried this. I would recommend if you do dry up ask your doctor what is best to help with this. best of luck ttc!!!

Clomid wont make your cm hostile, all of my pregnancies have been conceived with the help of clomid, 2 miscarriages, 2 live births and healthy children. Clomid will make your body realise that there is an egg there to do something with, just because you may not see eggwhite cm doesn't mean it is there.
