junks of dry sticky paint came with it, why? What did I do wrong.

Answer one has the clue. Mask tape should be removed before the paint sets/dries, and even then not removed as if it was a zipper. I pull up from the side farthest away from the line, then gently loosen.

IF/WHEN the paint has already dried, the line should be scored then the tape gently removed.

The best you can do now is sand and feather the edges of the OOOPS and repaint, using the masking again (BLUE or GREEN) and remove it while the paint is still wet/moist/damp.

You should have scrubbed the wall better before painting it. And then again it sounds like there is paper underneath, which should have been torn off before painting...clean the wall and repaint.

maybe you left it on too long in this heat.
