drinking some really cold bottle water, nothing more satisfying. Often, you think you are hungry, when you are really just thirsty. After you drink plenty of water, you will find you are not hungry any more.

Drinking. It's a more primeval urge, plus, eating a lot when you're really hungry can damage your digestive system.
I haven't eaten anything for almost two days, I'm going to have to be careful when I do eat. I'm not planning on eating anything until Saturday night.

You need both, you cant do without the other. Drinking alot of water and eating well balanced meals should do it for you and keep you mentally and physically fit and give you aload of satisfication.

Drinking when I'm very thirsty... You see, humans can survive more if they're treated with no food but water, rather than food and no wanter... So that satisfies me more.
