Tons of them have been, Tony and Chris Gwynn, Cal and Billy Ripken, Ozzie and Jose Canseco, Felipe, Matty and Jesus Alou, Hank and Tommy Aaron, Roberto and Sandy Alomar, Vince, Jo and Dom Dimagio...as of current brothers the only ones I can think of are the Molina's and Eyre's (Scott and Willie, pitchers for the Cubs and Rangers respectively)

Jason Giambi of the NY Yankees has, or had a brother in MLB, but at this moment the name and team escape me. DiMaggio had a brother, or was it two (?), in MLB when he played.
