im looking for two country songs one is where the guy gets a knock at the door he gets a letter froma friend he goes and when he comes back hes place has been fire bombed. the other one is a young boy goes to the attic opens a chest pulls out a pair of glasses puts them on and the next thing you know u are on a train i hope some one knows them.

i can remember a line for the first one it goes its from afriend of a friend and he goes to a bar and no one goes near him until they say he can goe home they are from the late 80s or early 90s

its not from the foo fighters i can remember a bit more at the beginning he gets woken by a nock at the door and was handed a letter from a friend of a friendwhich sends him to a bar where stands around waiting for some to talk to him when someone says he can go home its from the late 80s and early 90s
